四、培训后的追踪与考核

美容院经营者要清楚，不要为了培训而培训，培训是希望能刚好的提升美容师的能力，能让美容师在工作服务顾客中能有更好的提升，只有将顾客服务好，自己的业绩才能提高，这也是培训的主要目的，当然美容师的提升，对于美容院之间的竞争也起着不小作用，因此，在培训之后，经营者要根据美容院的成绩来考核美容师的培训作用，美容师的前期培训就是为了后期能为美容院提高更高业绩，所以，培训后的考核是对美容师的激烈，也是为美容院的业绩提高着想。

五、培训总结报告

培训之后的总结是必须的，总结中能反应美容师培训的结果以及讲师的培训能力是否出众，而且还要将相应的培训费用提交，进行核算，此次的费用以及人员培训作用，可以当成下次培训的案列，如果费用太高，可以从美容师中挑出能力强的人进行培训，在由她来培训其他员工。
